The SIM cards are shipped on the same day or on the next day we receive your order.

Orders are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 13.00 EET time. If the order is made after 13.00 EET time, the order will be shipped on next day. Should you place your order on a Friday after 13.00 EET time, please allow 2 days extra for delivery.

Orders which are made on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery charges will be implemented to the orders below €200

  • Europe 8EUR/9USD/12CAD/7GBP/13 AUD
  • Rest of the world 17EUR/20USD/27CAD/16GBP/27AUD

If your SIM card has not arrived, please first check the delivery status of your shipment, using your tracking number.

We deliver SIM Cards all around the world with express shipping.

Please note that we have some exceptions and Top Connect does not deliver retail M2M SIM cards to (due to legislation, commercial or logistics reasons) Andorra, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Belarus,  Brazil, Cuba, Egypt, French Polynesia, Gaza, India, Iraq, Iran, North-Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen.

For safety reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Different conditions apply for wholesale M2M and International SIM cards. Please contact sales team for further information.
