Remote Billing Protocol
Top Connect’s universal billing system connector interface – Remote balance protocol is an XML-based data exchange that can be quickly established between Top Connect’s billing system and any foreign OCS for services provisioning and CDR exchange. This protocol allows our partners to use their in-house billing solution with services based on Sponsored IMSIs provided by Top Connect.
